In continuation of the correspondence resting

with my d. o. letter No.85 D(C) 38, dated the 28th

September 1938, I enclose herewith a copy of part of a

note recorded by me on the 14th November 1938 dealing

with a projected aeroplane factory on the Chinese side

of the frontier in the neighbourhood of the Frontier

Force post at Panghkam.
